Love it!

I was so excited to snag The New Home Binder during the 4th of July sale since it was on my wishlist! It is beautifully crafted with large envelopes to contain the many bills needed for a new home. I have already begun contributing to the envelopes labeled “deposit” and “closing costs”. I’m so excited to get closer to our goal!

this is good for somebody that’s purchasing a used home but for purchasing a new construction home all the envelopes do not apply to what is needed. For example, there’s no inspection needed, no home warranty to save for, no homeowners insurance etc.. to save for the homeowners insurance is rolled up into the mortgage with the principal and interest.
