Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations before placing the order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
Return Mail or Undeliverable Mail
In the event of returned mail due to an error on our part, we will promptly reship your items and provide a new tracking number. However, if mail is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the cost of reshipment must be covered by the customer.
Damaged/Defective Products
For damaged or defective products, please contact us at support@baddiesandbudgets.com. Ensuring the highest quality of our products is our priority, and we take any issues with defective or damaged items seriously. Please submit a photo through our support ticketing system, and we will promptly replace your product and provide you with a new tracking number once it's on its way to you. All Domestic orders qualify for replacement within 30 days of the order date, while international orders have a 60-day window for replacements.
