Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service standard mail. We do our best to ship within 7-10 business days from when your order is placed. We process every purchase in the order that it was received, we do not offer special shipping options at any additional prices. We observe all Federal and National holidays.

All delivery times are based upon USPS priority mail standards. Each customer is sent a confirmation email which includes a tracking number to track packages as they travel to you. On emergency or depending on the season we will outsource to UPS or DHL shipping services, and in this seasonal period you will need to review shipping from the specific vendor. 

International orders are subject to customs and duty charges. If applicable, fees must be paid at customs while picking-up/receiving your package once it arrives in your country.
